All Chainsself pieces are carefully handmade in Tbilisi, Georgia. 

The wax model, texturing, finishing, and polishing are all done by hand in the small Chainsself workshop in Tbilisi. The piece is then cast in silver by a specialized casting studio, after which each item is individually hand-finished.

Since every item is made to order, production can take 1–2 weeks. The process begins with casting the piece in wax and refining it with precision tools. Once the wax models are ready, we send them in batches to a specialized foundry to be cast in silver—a process that usually takes 1–2 days. After casting, each piece is hand-finished with a variety of tools to ensure exceptional quality. When the batch is complete, the items are sent to our shipping service, which delivers them according to schedule.

Please note that production times may occasionally be extended due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and always do our best to ensure your jewelry reaches you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing & Shipping Times: Each piece takes approximately 1-2 weeks to create. After completion, shipping times are as follows: United States: 10 days. Parcels are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays. Georgia: 1-5 days. Parcels are shipped on Tuesdays. Europe: 10 working days. Parcels are shipped on Tuesdays. Other countries: 15 working days. Parcels are shipped on Tuesdays.

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.
• Return shipping is covered by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or was lost in transit.
• Custom-made pieces and sale items are non-refundable, unless damaged.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the item.

About International Taxes, Duties, etc Taxes are included in the shipping cost for European countries only. For all other countries, you are responsible for paying taxes and duties. 

You may request us to declare a lower value on your order to reduce the amount of taxes you have to pay.

Rhodium plating is used to protect silver from tarnishing and to give it a brighter and more durable shine. It also makes the piece more resistant to scratches and everyday wear.
