WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

It takes approximately 5-15 working days to make your item, after which:

• United States 10 days. Parcels are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays.
• Georgia 1-5 days. Parcels are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays.
• Europe 10 days. Parcels are shipped on Tuesdays.
• Other countries 15 working days. Parcels are shipped on Tuesdays.

The shipping time cannot be predicted in advance, as it may vary depending on the destination. Please understand that we have no control over delays caused by the shipping company.

WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL TAXES, DUTIES, ETC. THAT I HAVE TO PAY?

Taxes are included in the shipping cost for European countries only. For all other countries, you are responsible for paying taxes and duties. You may request us to declare a lower value on your order to reduce the amount of taxes you have to pay.
